Tips for ordering meat in Southeast Asia
Saturday, February 24th, 2007If you decide to stray from tradition cuisine in Asia and order a steak, be advised that the meat temperatures used in the US do not seem to translate. In my experiences ordering a steak “well done”, yields a piece of meat that is still quite red.
